Stage 1 - Consultation
The first stage of a Campaign Site is a meeting with everyone who will be involved
with the project. Bringing together both HR and the end recruiter allows us to develop
a clear vision of the candidate(s) you are looking to recruit, how best to attract them
and to agree timescales and costs. It’s also an opportunity for you to meet your
jobs.ac.uk Account Manager, who will be your single point of contact throughout the whole process.
Stage 2 - Content development
Following our meeting your requirements are collated into a consultation document. We then
develop a sitemap specific to your needs with a purpose for each web page. The consultation
document allows you to develop content for each page quickly and easily. We work with
you to arrange the content and style so that it is focused to suit your target audience. At this
stage we also suggest and purchase an appropriate web address, something memorable
that reflects the campaign.
Stage 3 - Design
At this stage we start to work on the designs for the Campaign Site. It’s up to you just how
creative you want to be and also how much you want to spend. We can create a simple design
to reflect your existing website or you can take advantage of the jobs.ac.uk design service.
This service enables you to break free from the constraints of your own website and engage
with your target audience through dynamic designs created to appeal specifically to them.
Our Designers are able to use your thoughts, ideas and visions to create a unique design and
theme for your campaign.
Stage 4 - Web build
Once you have approved the final designs and content the build of your Campaign Site
begins. Throughout this stage you are sent regular updates on the progress of the build,
allowing you to provide ongoing feedback and request minor refinements as necessary. To
enable you to understand how effective your advertising has been tracking links are
embedded. Web browser compatibility testing is carried out and the site is then hosted by us.
Before the site goes live an enhanced advert matching the Campaign Site design is created.
The advert is placed on jobs.ac.uk and allows jobseekers to explore all pages of the site.
Looking to recruit internationally?
If you looking to extend your advertising internationally we can work with our partner agency to organise this for you aswell. This will ensure that you have a coherent campaign style and theme. All we need to know is which countries you want to target. Our partner agency will carry out all the market research and liaise with all advertisers and we will present you with a list of options and recommendations. As the Campaign Site is the centre of your recruitment campaign the purpose of any additional advertising is to lead people to it. This may even reduce the amount of space you need in print which inevitably leads to cost savings.
